Notes out of sync with songs...

I did a search for this, so my apologies if it's already been covered (I'm sure it has).

For some reason the notes have suddenly become out of sync with the songs that I"m playing. It took me a few plays through of "bang bang" to realize what was going on, but I need to hit the frets maybe 3-4 seconds before the notes actually play. Needless to say this makes the game almost unplayable if you have the sound turned up.

Any idea what I might have done to cause this, and how I can fix it? I haven't changed the A/V delay (I have it set to 75, which was working fine for me before), I did increase the memory buffer, but I can't imagine that giving it *more* memory would cause problems.

Can anyone help me out with this?

I'd think it was just a poorly done track, except that it's all tracks, and I tested it specifically with one of the tracks that came with the game, and seemed absolutely perfect to me before.

try changing your delay just to experiment and see if it works... other than that... idk ???

The problem is the memory buffer. A bigger buffer is a longer delay as it has to get through the buffer.
You need to therefore bring down your AV delay till it is in sync, or put your buffer back down.
I had this problem once, 'tis annoying :p
