And if i want to listen in the media player a song i download to use in FoF? how do i put it in mp3 or WAV format?

If the song is FOF standart (guitar sound muted on errros), merge the background the the quitar tracks into single file using Audacity editor or something.
If it`s some homebrew thing, just get the guitar track and listen.
That`s it:)

a trick i use if i cant be bothered to merge the tracks is open the guitar track in one media player and the backing in another, and play them both at the same time.
