i downloaded yesterday the MFH Alarian Mod 2.9 with patches but everytime when i klick "apply changes" the game shut down >_>

I had to make the game quit when "apply changes" is clicked because there is a bug on macs for relaunching the FoF app. To relaunch FoF, the os.execl command is called. From what I could figure out, if os.execl is called on a Mac for a multithreaded process, it will freeze if all the threads aren't closed first. FoF doesn't close all the threads before calling os.execl. That's why in other versions, FoF used to hang when "apply changes" was clicked. You used to have to force quit the app if you clicked "apply changes". I could never figure out how to relaunch the app, so I made it quit as a workaround.

It should be pointed out here too, that RogueF's mod does not work with Intel. Though it seems to work on PowerPC.

How do i get the alarian mod to work for my macbook? I downloaded it from the website but i was very confused which part to download and patch. I also then clicked to play it, and it brings up a small window to play rather than the whole screen. Can someone make a guide to using the alarian mod for a mac?

In the settings you can make it fullscreen.

Hey everybody, i'm using a Macbook running Leopard and I've got a problem.

I fixed fof by copying the old version's python and chalkboard.ttf, but when i try to play a song i've downloaded from here, i get a maroon screen with no sound.

Specifically I've tried shooting star posted by coolcheeze, and seven nations army posted by jiiiiimmmy.

Just finished reading this forum and couldn't find anything relating to this problem, any ideas?

Can anyone recommend USB-PlayStation2 adapters that are confirmed to work on OS 10.4, or are they cross-platform for the most part?

Okay, I'm trying to connect my wireless 360 Les Paul controller to my MacBook. The game works fine and I downloaded the drivers. When the driver tries to search for the controller it doesn't recognize it. Do I need the USB adapter still? The original post says all I need are the drivers.

hi. i´m from spain. at the first sorry for my english.
One week ago, i discovered this game.
i downloaded the 1.1324 version and runs ok. After i read something about one mod which i could play like gh carrer´s mode. this mod was alarian mod. Right the problem begins now.
if i want to play alarian mod........have i to desinstall the 1.1324 version and after install the alarian mod??
what version of alarian mod have i to install??

Will any of the older versions work on OS 10.3.9? The only reason I ask is that I'm at a different, slightly older computer that hasn't yet upgraded to even Tiger.
