I made this song, and it doesn't work - It's just the same as every other song

I made this song, The Hardest Button to Button, but it wont work on my computer. It's song.ini is the same as everything else. Any help? The link for it is down below.

Which is 1 .ogg or .ini too much, remove it and it will work
