I have a big question. I want to buy a Guitar Hero Wolrd Tour for PC with a wireless controller. Could I play with the guitar on FOF?
Thanks for help.
Sorry for my bad english.

you would need a wireless xbox reciever, but yes, check the box, if its made for PC, then it may come with it.

if you but the GHWT for pc guitar bundle then it should work. if you are using a xbox guitar, then Ass's post is correct.

ok, I cant find anything about a PC wireless controller, so heres my suggestion
first off, be prepared to spend an extra $50 aside from the bundle.
but the bundle, and see what it comes with and how the controller connects to the computer, if it has its own usb dongle, then your good to go, ig not and it looks like an xbox 360 controller (has the button with the x that you use to turn it on) then youd need to go buy the reciever.

looks like it, as long as it registers as a gamepad
Re: Guitar from GH: World Tour for Frets on Fire
I bought GHWT for PC a while back and it came with a PS3 guitar instead, not a PC-only guitar. It's plug and play.
Re: Guitar from GH: World Tour for Frets on Fire
I bought GHWT for the PC about a year and a half ago, it is identical to the images Superbwatcher posted (Both the guitar and the box). I have had no issues with FoF/FoFiX at all with the guitar. I don't know if it works with a PS3 or anything though.
One thing I'd like to let you know though, is that with some batteries, the guitar may say the batteries are low on power (Showed with a slow LED blinking, these are just below the Pick) but other than that visual error, it works fine with the batteries for hours (20+). My batteries in specific are rechargeable Duracell batteries. After they ran out the first time and I recharged them, the guitar still thinks the batteries are low on power, with some other rechargeables it doesn't give that visual error.
Spent a good 500 hours on the guitar and it doesn't show any signs of wear or tear. The PC edition of GHWT (Including guitar and non-rechargeable batteries that came with it) was 32 euro's (Which is close to $40) back then.
Just important to have the guitar on (+ wireless receiver of course) before you start up FoFiX or it won't recognize it.
