Despite your violent behavior, the only thing you have managed to break so far is mt heart.

I'm not sure if this is a problem for PC, but since I'm using FoF on Mac, I'll post here...
So, I have my buttons set as: A S D F G and strum as J K
But when I want to change the name for the high score, the "A" key (as the first fret button), acts as a Continue key. So, say I want to change the name to "FretsAllDay". I can backspace (or in a Mac's case, delete) all the way back, but can only type as far as "Frets" since the "A" key triggers the first fret which OK's the name, even though I don't want to.

You can't type things in FoF that are assigned as your frets ;[
at least, on mac it is true.

I need help. I downloaded the Alarian mod 2.7, (newest version right?) for Mac, and it doesn't pick up strummed hammer-ons very well at all and when you miss a note in a hammer-on series it's very very hard to get back on track, and I thought this had been fixed. I have the latest version on PC, and I recently switched to mac, hoping it would be the same. What should I do? Is it not the latest version?
Some of my Songs (Amazing Difficulty)
Nitro - Freight Train
SOAD - B.Y.O.B.
Symphony X - Evolution (The Grand Design)

I need help as well. I'm the Alarian mod, which is awesome, by the way. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, if I can get this to work right it will be a dream come true.
I'm trying to play with a ps3 strat. I assigned the keys and they worked great, until strumming. Up strumming and down strumming individually work perfectly but when I go to alternate strum it doesnt really work at all, making it basically impossible to play on Expert mode. I've been searching for about an hour and every solution I find is for windows only and won't work with a Mac. Is there any hope in sight??? Thanks for any help!

Search for Gamepad Companion for Mac. I think that will help you out. If you've read other things about Joy2Key for Windows, it is basically the same thing. Just map the up strum to one key on the keyboard and the down strum to another, and it will work perfectly.

2.7 is the latest version. Are you using any of the hotfixes? I think one of them included some kind of HOPO fix.
