I have my controlls set to my explorer for 360 and want to switch them back to keyboard but dont have access to the guitar how do i do it?

You can change them in the .ini file too,

Start > Run > %appdata%/fretsonfire/fretsonfire.ini

This would be helpful if we knew what the keys are called in the ini. I too have this problem and don't know what they call UP in the ini.

Heres a good tip for you!! when you set the controlls in the game allways have the arrow keys set as your UDLR keys, even if you plug the guitar in.
That way you can controll it from the guitar OR the keyboard ( for the menus )
