Can you be more specific? Like, what mods are you using? What is your processor speed?

That kind of things...

Ok when it closes , i presume it comes up with some sort of ERROR box saying something like "this program had to close" or it should come up with something. what does that SOMETHING say. that will usualy be a good indecation of what happened. Also in your main fretsonfire folder (the same one as the fretsonfire.exe) you should see a text document called FretsOnFire.exe.log open that and copy the last 10 lines of it, and post it here. The error log will give you more detail about what went wrong and its that file we generally use to figure out what happened to cause it to crash

I had this same issue today, but I'm not sure our reasons are the same. I had to enable song previews and stats uploading to get it to work.

No error box either.

Yes and no.. RFmod is built into FOF. so if you downloaded the RFmod Version. then you automatially installed both FOF and RFmod at the same time. ( dont think of them as seperate peices of software, coz there not) they have become one with each other.

The RF mod is built into FoF so when download it you are downloading a complete version of FoF with RF mod in it
