why do to the notes look off on that video of WT?

I might be wrong, but I thought that on the PS2 and WII versions of WT, they used GHIII style notes.

i was looking more at when the notes are hit, why is there no hitglow for tailed notes?

I like the all the song of the guitar. By using the guitar song is made very extraordinary. I find the Guitar hero songs from the You tube. Also from the google u find it.

i suppose, kinda odd because i can emulate rb and gh 5 and they show up, but never tried wt so their could be some kind of texture issue there i suppose.

The hitglow doesn´t show because i mod some things in the game, like enable the Dualshock2 for play on all instrumentes (like GH3) excepet mic

you can put customs into it, however you cant add the custom, it needs to replace a current song
