Cause PS3 games have no tools to inject customs, thats a negatory.

You would have been luckier with a modded Xbox 360. It's probably way too early to expect RB3 to be hacked to the point of allowing customs though.

My friend has a JTag with all DLC inserted, so assuming you can insert customs the same way then yeah, you can.

i know its way 2 early, but i was hopping that with the ftp server, maybe we can browse the game installed on the discdrive n overwrite the original songs with the customs...but i dunno..maybe ill broswse the directory, maybe ill find something interesting

I'd ask you to:
Go to scorehero and look at the huge tutorial on how to mod a Guitar Hero 2 PS2 disc.
Read the date of the thread's creation and see the gap between Guitar Hero 2's actual release.
Consider all that everybody involved in the community had to do in order to make a haggard program that could edit the game
Realize that not a lot of people can go through the process of making a disc properly, leaving the world with less a DVD.
BUT I know you won't actually do any of that.

"2nd i have a bunch of gh2 custom games..." So?
The point was, even with all the community working on it, It still takes time. Read the post carefully.
