Where do I need to look to find information regarding getting the pro guitars to work with this? I have the Wii Pro Guitar, not really sure what to do to set it up though.

I think many or most solutions involve using a bluetooth receiver (very inexpensive) if their PC doesn't have bluetooth built in. Software such as GlovePie and BlueSoleil are very popular for controlling the behavior, although Phase Shift recognizes the native controls for my Xbox 360 Mustang (connected via Microsoft's Xbox controller receiver) without any configuration from me.

im pretty sure that the rock band instruments for wii and ps3 dont use bluetooth if they did we wouldnt need those usb dongles

While the regular Wii controller utilizes bluetooth, I am not sure the USB dongle for the Wii "Pro" guitar does. It appears to just be wifi (although I am not sure of the frequency.)

I didn't realize the Wii guitars also used a dongle, I thought that was a PS3 thing. Oh well.

Yeah, running Win7 and it pops up in the Devices/Printers as Harmonix RB3 Mustang Guitar for Nintendo Wii

its a controller we need to gather some data on to see how it works, dave might have a test app that could answer some questions, if you are able to do some tests we may be able to get it supported

Actually your not, your just the first to release some. Adeadliersnake was the first to modify the notes AFAIK.
