Agreed. But comparing every other RB game and their setlists (except TB:RB), It sucks.

I expected something(s) from bands I would know with keyboards (or pianos) who are good at it, like Dream Theater or Children Of Bodom.

I know Yes & Queen is in here, but that's all there is.

When they first began revealing the songs, Foolin' and Rainbow in the Dark grabbed my attention. Once they started repeating songs, I was like "eh" about the whole setlist. I mean I'll probably end up getting it for pro stuff but the setlist was a big letdown for me seeing how GHWOR has (in my taste) way better songs. This has good songs, yes, but its the repeats that really killed me. I've said it before. They would have been better as DLC.

It's a shame that most of the songs I like here are repeats. Foolin', Midnight Crisis and Space Oddity are like the only non-repeats I've heard before that I like.

This has been out for sometime time, and I don't think it sucks. I mean, it sucks if you were expecting OMGPROGMETALZOMFGHARD (and even if you were, Roundabout, anyone?), but these songs should actually be pretty fun, IMO. All of them will be fun on every instrument to some degree, and it looks like HMX went for the band experience this time. Rock Band 2 had a lot of songs that were fun on one instrument but completely sucked on another. Plus, there's rumored to be an unrevealed 84th song, which could be a disc-seller HMX has been keeping to themselves. Most of these songs I thought sucked until I actually listened to a few of the ones I didn't know, and it should be surprisingly fun.

And, for anyone disappointed at the lack of metal, well, yeah Master of Puppets should hopefully be coming out (with Pro Guitar).

Also, I don't think it's fair to categorize GH1/2/80s songs as repeats, considering A) they only had guitar/bass B) they will be charted differently C) most of the time it wasn't even the actual song.

I don't get it. It HAS a lot of classic and well known songs from good bands. Just look at the setlist from 1980's and down. It's great.
You can't actually tell me you don't know at least 85% of those songs.
Yes it lacks some metal, but it's rockband. It's good old Rock n' Roll.

Clearly, learning to play a song on a real keyboard or guitar is the same experience as playing it on a 10 button controller in one of the Guitar Hero games. Shame on you, Harmonix! Sarcasm aside, whining about the fact that there is some overlap between different games is pointless.

I see that Harmonix are recharting songs from GH1 and 2 for Rock Band 3 - Alot of other songs count as repeats.

I think RB3 is just good with a few songs but I'd get it because of the new features and I can get more DLC.
GH6 has an awesome setlist and other features are good.
