Maybe a talented and seasoned musician that has perfect pitch and has memorized all guitar note and chord sounds could, but nearly everybody lacks enough talent to do this. Some other people may be able to derive a transcription by testing, trial and error, but this is not a guaranteed process. People that are really good at that probably are musicians for a living. You're going to have to accept that internet tabs are too low-quality.

Actually, in this case it kinda does. The whole point is so they're the real notes you would play on a real guitar. If you would chart them to wrong strings/frets, theres no point.


tab books are just as flawed as online tabs unless they were WRITTEN by the original artist

Anyways, cause the the "fanboy" i figure i might share some GOOD news. GH Metallica will finally import. THe import list is only 39 songs, but after all its still a import

Woo, thanks to my crazy Canadian taxes i put out 70 dollars on the pre-order for GHWoR. So if anyone wants, i can make videos for certain charts so some of you can "baw" at while we wait for RB3.

Oh added information about the GH:Metallica exports.

If you purchase GHWoR between the 28th and Oct. 5th (i think) you get the GH:M import for free (offer only valid in the US)

You can export GH:M into GH5 and BH, so people whining about GHWoR, just import into GH5/BH and leave it at that. But all DLC after will only be available for GHWoR
