What are the two guys doing there?

Sorry, I cannot add a pic to this post, but there is a little graphics showing two guys (one blonde hair, the other one green hair). When browsing with my iPhone, I get the impression they slow down the speed or the page gets stuck somewhere or the browser is closing at all... Is there any possibility to get rid of them? Is this a bug?

Sometimes they're not there, and I got the feeling browsing the forum is quicker...

These guys are from the original Contra game. If you see them and don't know why it's because at one point you misspelled the forums url and ended up on inddex.php (with 2 'd') instead of index-with-one-d.php. It's actually supposed to be some easter egg you find by doing the Konami code (that would give you 30 lives in the original Contra NES game).

It might feel slower because the forums are then encased in a iframe. If you're stuck in there, accessing just the domain name https://www.fretsonfire.org will direct you to the correct place.

TYSM, this has been really helpful! I had to delete the "d" by myself to get rid of them. They really messed my mobile Safari browser. Interesting enough, I always accessed the forum via the first search result from google and this most probably has been the Konami Code version of the site...
