Yeah, I'm really glad you guys upgraded it, but the moment I logged in and looked at my song thread I freaked out.
I actually liked the way it previously looked because this hurts my eyes like crazy!!!!
But, you guys are pretty awesome at giving us a great forum so i believe you guys can make it all better in time.

nice job nwru and everyone, still a bit weird because iam used to the old one, will take a while to get used to this one, but definitely phpBB is much better.

The warning levels/boxes are gone. They're replaced by another system that only the moderators/admins can see... for now.

Those members on the old board that had 4 boxes lucked out =)

Well, I have to say, that after a little while exploring the new layout that I actually like it a wee bit better.
I'm rather excited now about it all.
Though the major reason why it looks better for me though is because the signatures looked misplaced.
They just don't fit in my opinion. So that is what was confusing me when i was trying to read posts.
I definitely can't wait for song ratings!! If that is indeed going to be implemented.

What you see here (the "familiar" theme) is our best effort to clone the theme off the old forum. There's no way to convert an Ikonboard theme to a phpBB3 theme.

I'm liking the new forum layout.I agree with the change to phpBB 3.That's what I use for my site.I personally don't care for ikonboard and noticed that any site worth its salt (like this one) has to switch up sooner or later.
I haven't tried the search function yet but I have no doubt that it's got to be better.
