I use Adobe Audition - one of my songs works, one doesn't.
The was that doesn't was ripped off MySpace... maybe they're using a different codec or something which isn't supported in this release (strange, since the song.ogg plays fine and I created them both the exact same way!)

ugh... i cant find how to make my myspace ripped tracks go normal speed, they are goin CRAZY, ill try to mess around with audacity

yea song works fine but guitar goes crazy, its the exact same file. my only soulution is to delete guitar.ogg but then when u miss a note nothing plays

sht, i cant beleive this is happening. maybe theres a way to trick the computer telling it that its the actual song that you bought?

How about saving an empty 1 second .ogg?
Then open that ogg, and cut/paste the wave form from the MySpace rip into that file, then save it? Could work since it's a fresh file with new codecs.

On an unrelated note, I suck using HOPOs! lol
Because I'm not picking, if I miss-time a note in a fast run, I miss the next 3 or 4 too before I realise and pick again, then I get into a kerfuffle! I've found it's better to pick and be safe, lol.

this is gonna be cool but i can't mess with it much tonight... i gotta get to bed since i have a test to take tomorrow... but i can say that the ho/po for thunderhorse are way different than those for the GH version (and please don't tell me that "it's a guitar sim not a GH sim" since i know).

Yeah I totally agree, whatakevin's **** is getting annoying, if the songs are ripped from guitar hero then they should work like the guitar hero ones. Sweet child is pretty much all HOPOs now.

i did not have premision to edit my post... (thats oo anoying..) so here ill have to make a new one

that blank ogg thing worked great, theres no difference when u hit the note or miss the not but who cares. i still havnt tried ure other idea but i might later, doubt itll work. blank is ok for me for now.

now i will be going to sleep, let me wake up with this topic having 30 pages :O

Hi, I checked this out it seemed that the game now uses a different axis (it's now "lying" on the x axis) for the note.dea

I rotated, repositioned them with blender and they look just as before. Of coure, no hopo design = all notes look the same. We'll have to see how to redesign them with the hopo mesh but I guess it's not really complicated. I'll have a look at the original dea to see how they do it.
