My Little Pony isn't a fad. well in the sense of fads come and then go. MLP was around when i was a little kid. if you was a boy you watched and played with G1 transformers or HE MAN. If you was a girl you watched and played with MLP, rainbow bright, or teddy ruxpin.
Sorry but if MLP has been around since i was about 10 ( so thats 25 years ago ) i think its here to stay for a bit longer, just as transformers has stayed..

its a fad.. sure mlp has been around for years, but mlp:fim is definately a fad, it came out of nowhere, qot really popular, will probably die in the next year or so.

The opposition to furries and anthro is as prevalent within the brony community as it is within other non-furry-founded communities. Most bronies are actually offended by those who take the ponies and anthropomorphise them, or go to cons in mlp:fim fur suits.
