Yeah it's been growing as hell lately. I'm thinking of actually buying the game, I looked through some random lets play vids of it and it seems really enjoyable. Reminds of the first generation of The Sims; no apparent goal in the game, you decide what the goal is. The ultimate sandbox game! The bad graphics don't really bother me, they have their charm and I don't really care (I used to play Tibia for years, my graphic-sense is numbed down completely).
Does anyone here play it, and likes it? Should I buy it?
don't hate me for liking The Sims and Tibia :(

Some of the Roller coasters are pretty sweet. I just downloaded a cracked version but so far it's fun as hell.

I'll play Minecraft again once Notch gets off his lazy ass and adds some real content.
Re: Sooo... Minecraft?
Played it lots a few months ago then got kinda bored. I'll probably start playing it again soon. And as for if you should buy it: depends if you're the sort of person that is fine with getting a cracked version or not.
I was wrong... maybe

I bought it back in alpha, and I've enjoyed it off and on since November. Really good for breaks when I don't have internet (because Steam's offline mode hates me sometimes). All in all, it all depends on what you look for in a game. The downside of the cracked version is that you can't play it online with other people, unless you use a third-party application.

...I kind of can't believe someone would pirate a game like this...
It's like, what? A tenner? Of course it's worth it! Just go buy it now for Christ's sake.

Maybe I don't want to pay for an unfinished game.

It's not 10 euro anymore. Not since it hit beta status. But yeah, I can see where you're coming from RS. Maybe some people are just waiting to pirate the final release.
