You know that pic reminded me of something that I did occasionally use to listen to my mp3s a while back. I guess it counts as an iPod:

It kept bugging and generally not working well so I gave up on it.
also, that pic was taken from the internet. MY DS (and also the iPod skin I had for that program) was black
