You dont' even need plugins for any other browser to be better than IE.

Um, pretty sure IE get's the latest Flash Plugin, so it's not just FireFox or other Browser exclusive.

I'd still use Opera if Chrome hadn't come along. But Opera's insistence in not implementing add-ons, instead relying on those useless piece of **** widgets got on my nerves a long time ago. Also, I really hate the new UI.
Chrome is faster, simpler and has add-ons. It kind of feels like Opera evolved.

This is just a placeholder sig until I find something else to put here.

I understand that IE also gets plug-ins, but I've had it from the start, so it's like, one thing every few months or so. Mozilla I have to get everything, really.

Chrome is my baby <3
Also, YouTube doesn't require Flash at all anymore, considering you have an HTML5 compatible browser such as Chrome. I love it.

What the hell do you need other than what comes with firefox? Honestly. FireFox comes standard with all the features IE has.

Indeed. You can use Firefox, chrome, safari, (not 100% sure about opera, but it should), and still watch youtube without installing the flash plug in. Other video sites will have to follow. People are going to start steering away from Flash now that the iPhone/iPad will never use it (why that matters to web developers I don't know, but any excuse to get rid of flash is fine by me).
All you'll need is a web browser. ANY up-to-date web browser will do.
I like firefox because of the plug-ins, and some of those plug-ins I would find it annoying to live without, but they're not necessary. And Firefox without plug-ins is still better IMO than IE. (Though IE has improved, I'll give them that much).
In reality, it doesn't matter which browser you use, as long as you keep it up-to-date.
Re: What's your favorite browser?
You know, I never really thought about why I could view youtube but no other flash websites until I installed flash. HTML5 never crossed my mind.
