By the time school gets shut down over here, it'll be out.

I get out of school for the summer in about 3-4 weeks.

I find it very telling when the youth of the world have grown so accustomed to fear, that the only thing they take from it is the possibility of being free from school for a few days.

People give warnings for a reason and maybe you guys should be paying attention to them so it won't turn into something worse!

Sure, Wash your hands, sneeze into your sleeve, all the other stuff on the news they've been telling us to do, that in reality, any halfway hygienic person should be doing anyway. That is all you can do. But to panic and be in fear about it? What's the point?

Politicians and News media have given us warnings before too -- and we heeded them. What did it lead to? A war based upon lies.

Fear is the greatest form of control, my friends.

Well actually, That's what i meant i mean, The thing isn't so bad, There's no need of panic and stuff, like with other stuff...
The only thing you can and should do is the same things like with any other disease to prevent from becoming a real thing...
But yeah, If they got you in fear, they got you under control... Just like school

The media is blowing it out of proportion for their own gain. The only possible good form of media is one that is not for profit.

I can tell most of the kids over here are uninformed and scared to bits.

All I have to do is pig squeel and they shout 'he's got swine flu' and run away....

Also my Physics teacher's in hospital (with Pneumonia) and still people are worried he'll give us this.

Not to mention the people wanting school to close because of it... Like they did with Bird Flu and SARS </sarcasm>
