I mean staying in time. I was tuning my guitar while I was browsing, lol

[edit]About damn time. I got the duet 90% finished. It's all recorded but I may have to re-record a few spots and tweak with the editing so it's all sounds nice.

Here's what I have so far.

Yeah staying in time is sounding like the biggest problem. It feels like if I moved the whole thing back .5 seconds it would be in time lol.

if I'm having problems with timing whilst recording, as obnoxious as it might get, I crank the music as loud is can stand, preferably in big studio headphones so the majority of what you hear is the music. That way you won't hear your guitar as loud, and for somereason that seems to help me record easier and I tend to play better when I'm not focusing so much on that. When I can barely hear my guitar, I get a bit more relaxed and just jam.

It's so god damn fast, though. That's the issue. All my picks are getting worn down to nothing as well which doesn't help.

I STILL don't understand why you don't just play only one note instead of two. There should be no problem stay in time if you only have to play half the notes you would normally..

Yeah, sorry for the month bump but It would suck to see this die.
If the vocals haven't been done for "So What" I think I could do them, and It wont be complete garbage unlike my blackened cover. I'm sure that gave me a bad singing reputation already. I just listened to Metal Militia and I must say, that was awesome.
