Vantage Point was pretty good. As was 10,000 B.C. 21 was cool. Harold and Kumar was...ughhh *shudders*.

NOT INDIANA JONES.

Wanted was...a bit over the top...for me I suppose.

Hancock might take the cake. Didn't see Dark Night...:( Pineapple Express...just wow. I though Tropic Thunder was slightly disappointing...Star Wars: The Clone Wars LOLZIZ.

Eagle Eye looked keckazz (and I usually don't say that if Shia is related to it...) though I never saw it... Quantam was cool...but as I die hard Bond fan I don't think it has much replay value since it's a part of a series...

I'm not gonna lie, but by a twisted tale of events, I saw Marley and Me. It was actually pretty funny. They also had sex a lot for a PG movie...

That's my list.

Hancock was pretty good too, I forgot about that. I was expecting it to suck, being a super hero movie and all, but it surprised me. It actually made me have some tears towards the end.

Emotional reactions always score points for me.

Anyway, Milk still tops Hancock for me; it just pisses me off that it didn't come out in theatres anywhere near me (god-damn bible belt/conservative Christian propaganda ****.)

/me hugs KTorrent.

Your Seriose? :scared: :scared: :scared:

I'm serious.

As a movie-lover, i honestly cannot believe that.

I probably watched around 150-200 movies in 2008. (Theaters, DVD's, TV Movies, on the Computer, etc.)

Ok. Now I remember that I saw a few movies. But not at the movie theater. There was that Futurama one I saw and Annapolis (I'm pretty sure they're not 2008 movies). But that's about it.

I'm a movie fan too, and I saw this year was sorta sucky. Give me one movie that came out this year that could be considered a classic.

Dark Night...*maybeveryslightlychance* Iron Man. Yup that just about wraps it up...

They were all series/cliche rip offs/unfunny movies.

Those who say Iron Man don't know anything about movies... yeah maybe a 12 year old think it's cool... but c'mon, just some stupid computer effects and a very lame story, just as Hancock!

Anyway, last year was pretty poor with movies. Two movies worth mentioning, Vantage Point was the best. And second was The Dark Knight... I saw Quantum at the theater but it s*cked deeply compared to Royale.

It was okay, bad story, but it was fun...

Didn't see Vantage Point, but Dark Knight was awesome and deep (a Batman movie? Deep?!)

My view of movies from '08.

Iron Man: 2 hour toy commercial, movie did nothing but show off what the suit can do.

Dark Knight: I admit it, Ledger was excellent in the film, especially for a final performance (RIP), he still won't replace Mark Hamilton's joker.

Movie Movies (super hero movie, disaster movie etc): How they passed screening: Directors went to a high school football team, got them drunk and played the movies.

Hancock: Not Will Smith's greatest performance, though I somewhat enjoyed it.

Um, there was too many movies from 08 that were horrible/mediocre

09 doesnt seem to be shaping up to be a good movie year either.
If you can read this then you've gone too far.
