Rock Band for Wii or Guitar Hero World Tour for Wii??

With Christmas coming up I can't make up my mind on which I want, Rock Band drums or GH:WT. Does Rock Band for the Wii sell drums only? I've looked everywhere and can't find one. My parents won't buy me the special edition because I'm the only person in the family who likes RB. So someone tell me if I should get Rock Band or GH:WT for the Wii. I don't want to buy Rock Band 2 when it comes out on December 22 for the Wii because the drums suck. Maybe I'll just buy the RB2 Game disc and use RB1 drums since that seems what most people are doing. But yeah, which is better RB or GH:WT? Give good reasons on which one I should get.

The only thing I like about the GH is the drum kit and the Mii freestyle but I'm pretty sure I'm going to get RB. Thanks for the info though! :)

If we can afford it (trying to save for our move to Texas), I'm gonna be getting WT for Christmas, but I'll try to get RB2 at a later date since the instruments are compatible (except for the PS3, but I have a PS2 anyways). They both have songs I like and dislike. I think as far as gameplay goes RB wins (not because of note shape or anything, but rather the bass groove, solos, titles at score screen, stars and status on screen, etc. [haven't really noticed, does WT have any of this?]), but I think WT wins for customization, instruments, and graphics (plus, I've been a GH fan for longer).

I totally agree. It's best just to buy the RB instruments and then buy RB 2 disc so you don't waste $$$. GH is pretty cool but I really like RB a lot. Thanks for info bro!

I'd choose GH:WT, but that's because I live in Europe, and a few months ago, I was in a store and it said "NEW! ROCK BAND!"
