Ive been recording some of my performances on Frets on Fire to upload to Youtube.

Problem is, These dang recordings!

Ive tried:
- Camtasia (Makes finished recording super laggy)
- Hypercam (Makes game playing laggy)

And Frets on Fire is super super laggy if I change any options in either program.

So, what program is good?
Is there any program that is lag free while playing and the finished recording having no lag?

PLEASE HELP!!!

I bolded lag free, I can't help you. If I knew a program that doesn't lag I'd be happy to tell you.
If you can read this then you've gone too far.

Even programs like FRAPS ( the full version ) still causes FoF to lag a bit. ive not seen any video capture progs that wont cause SOME lag in a 3d game

Gamecam was weird, and couldnt get it to work.
But, FRAPS works perfectly! (although the files are huge!)

Thanks man!

Yeah.. Fraps is virtually uncompress , so run it through a video converter and it will drop in size buy a huge amount. If you get stuck with the video converter try this place VIDEO HELP It should be able to point you in the right place for either free or trial versions of converters.

Just watch how much you compress it, other wise you will make that lovely crisp video look like a pile of Poo! :)
