The only game I had expectations for was Hitman Absolution and so far it's looking fantastic in every way.
And Skyrim too, but I never expected a lot from it. I knew everything I wanted to know at the point where it was confirmed that you could climb a mountain and punch a dragon. The rest of the game doesn't matter a whole lot.

That's pretty much exactly the same as what I care about. Unless there's a new Xbox coming out, but if there was, I would've heard about it by now.
Oh, and Halo 4 and Anniversary Edition should be pretty cool.
