I Found Best Way GH3 PC Custom Songs - It's A Tutorial Check It Out !!

for the guitar/rhythm tracks, if you don't have a file specifically with the guitar and rhythm, then yea you just use copies of the song. the notechart has to be a .mid though (and it can't just be a midi conversion of a song file); you can download them from here or freetar forums (i think).

This thing is not very noob friendly... I cannot figure out what im doing or even where to start doing something. I have downloaded this program but do I insert just normal songs? like the ones I would play to listen to through windows media player for the guitar track?

Once you get your list of GH3 songs to appear in the large box on the left, you can use the IMPORT button on the bottom to browse to your songs you use in Frets On Fire and load the various files that are associated with Frets on Fire.
(song.ogg, rhythm.ogg, song.ogg and midi file)
Then you can manually type in the Name of the song and the Artist, and then your song will be 'imported' into your GH3 songlist.

That is the first part. Then you need to modify your tracklists, so that your new custom song is listed and available in-game.

Doesn't this mean that if someone gets hold of DLC, the rest of us can have it, including whammy and SP, for free?
I can get hold of the Halo mix and We Three Kings since I recently got a 360, it's just getting it from the Xbox to the PC and converting it I can't do.

Ah good. I'm not willing to buy DLC for it right now, cause I have GH3 for Wii. (Would have got it for 360 if I had the console earlier >.<)

Ok I've been searching the Score Hero forums for an hour now and still can't find a thing. Does anyone ANYONE know how to get the songs from a 360's HDD to a computer and then convert the files to be compatible with FoF?
