Now that's what I'm talking about!

It's really cool!!!

:2thumbsup:

YEAH!!

----EDIT----

Just listen to it again...dropped the "really". You could always have lowered a little more the rest of the instruments...that way no one would actually hear them. :glare:

Stupid guitarists...always the same sh*t! Hey look at me, I play the guitar...I want my own "Bat Signal". :tongue2:

I dunno I can't really figure out what to do about it. I'm still trying to work on it a bit.

and to be fair about the volume, in the demo mix the volume on the whole song after the solo is really turned down for some reason. I fixed that.

I'll try sharpening jdawgs guitar and I'll try to balance out the solo sections.

Sorry Typhus. I was really tired when I recorded last night and didn't notice until today. I still have the Audacity project file. I'll lower the guitar solo when I get home. Unless vedi's got it under control.

well yeah I got it isolated and all so when I mix it in it'll be turned down (in comparison to ET's "final" version).

Soooo...

Is this dead!? :glare:

So many time has passed and not even the released complete tracks have been mixed up properly...or have they and I don't know where are them?

No one gives a f*ck about this...I see.

That's a shame...we could have gone far.

Cya!

we just don't have a real reliable guitar player (sorry jdawg lol but you know what I mean)

I think I could do So What? (on Electric Guitar that is, I can play both now) and finish mixing Metal Militia. After that I could play a few punk tracks with you typhus, (maybe Whiplash by Metallica or some Diamond Head, or anything punk really, maybe even an early slayer song, I can do that), and put out an EP worth of music at least. If we get a dedicated guitar player, then sure I can see this going a lot further. Otherwise, our options are going to be a bit more limited (because of my lack of guitar skills, which I can work around for the most part with editing, but there are some things I can't pull off even with editing).

I didn't see the point in mixing metal militia until I was sure that we were going to do more or that we were totally done. I can go on, I just wasn't sure about everyone else. If you're up for it typhus, I'd be glad to keep this going.

I'd be down for joining up. I'm getting some recording equipment for Christmas so I'll be able to make some decent recordings c:

I could try to do guitars if you want. The problem is is that my home recording setup sucks, so it comes out quite raw when I do rhythm. I have to play the exact same part twice for it to come out good. I found a good tone long ago that didn't sound raw, but I'd have to take some time and find it again.

That's fine.

Whichever of you two wants to do lead/rhythm guitar for so what? everything you need is in the first post.

---- EDIT ----

Typhus, got any other songs in mind? I have a few myself.

Heh. Most of that stuff was half assed too. Was pretty much "Meh, imma play guitar. RECORD. good enough"
