Gran Turismo 5 Prologue (PS3): I always got caught doing a bump-and-out trick in the Daytona SpeedWay. (Do it by hittting the car on your left and he will slide out of the track)

Super Metroid - 100% item completion.
Super Mario Brothers - Speed ran through in almost 7 minutes flat, which sucks compared to the 5 minute record.
Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! - Beat Mike Tyson.
I Wanna Be The Guy! - Beat it.
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - Beat it with glitch getting about 400% of the map covered.
Resident Evil - Beat it in 1 hour and 33 minutes. Also beat it using only the handgun (using the rocket to kill tyrant doesn't count)
Resident Evil 2 - Successfully beat both scenarios for both characters in under 2 hours. Beat Hunk scenario. Beat Tofu scenario.
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis - Beat it in 1 hour 37 minutes. Beat it in 1 hour and 48 minutes using the handgun only.
Silent Hill - Beat it in under 2 hours.
Silent Hill 2 - Beat it in under 3 hours.
Halo series - Completed on Legendary.
Metal Gear Solid - Beat it on Extreme with no rations used.
Kingdom Hearts - Beat it using Kingdom Key.
Guitar Hero - 5 starred all songs.
