Discord? Why do we not have one?

Okay, to be fair, this forum isn't exactly very active (I'm a part of several forums whose activity levels are not very high so it's not unexpected but they all have at least one Discord server), but even still, I would of thought that FoF would of had its' own Discord server long ago.

Of course, if I am wrong and there is one, then please, feel free to correct me (and send me an invite link thanks).

So, that tells me that there is not a Discord server for this forum, but leaves the question as to why.

Also, Discord has been around for a while, and I would of figured that there would of been an FoF Discord server the moment Discord became a thing.

Presumably there's not enough demand for such a thing. I think the people who spend that much time rhythm gaming/authoring/etc have gotten involved in other existing forums/Discords by now.

Yeah, not really enough demand. The IRC channel works fine for chatting, and I don't see a discord channel being a very active thing.

well tbf irc and discord are basically the same thing, the issue would just be migrating.

I think of Discord more like an IRC/forum hybrid as it has more bells and whistles like pasting inline images/videos, searching the entire post history of a channel, voice-chat support, etc.
