If you patch it up to version 1.5, you can play it without going through the single-player campaign.

Yeah, I bought it off of Steam so it is the latest version, but I still like playing it with other people better. And is the Sirius Reznov your profile name?

If by "profile name" you mean that screen that prompts you every time you boot up the multiplayer .exe, unfortunately no. You can add the IP address I posted to your favorites list, though; that's the name you see in the screen when you Tab during a fight.
