Looking For a PS1 Game

Ok, so this night I had a dream, more of a flashback, really. I remembered playing this game on the PS1, on a demo disc, I remember it clear as day, now. I just don't really remember the name of the game, but I do remember that I loved it back in the day. Although I'm not certain on the name, the name I kinda remember is Fighting Force, and although FF2 does look kinda similar to the game I played, it's also not the same. I don't have the demo anymore, it belonged to a friend that has long since moved.

Ok, so the demo started with you controlling this big guy wearing some sort of blue uniform. The level looked like a warehouse, although I'm pretty sure in the first section you could see the sky. He had a laser sight always active, I think maybe from an eye implant (not C-12) or some sort of headset-like device. The game focused of using guns and hand-to-hand combat, but guns were where the fun really was. I remember that you could also aim like in resident Evil 4, in a "over the shoulder" perspective, using the laser sight as your guide. There were a ton of weapons in the demo, too.

I also remember that the demo ended on some sort of train station/subway thingy were our character had to stop the train. I don't remember much more. I'd love to know if anyone has any f*cking idea of what this game is, as I really want to play it now and I just know that this will drive me crazy until I finally play it again and lose interest.

So:
1. PS1
2. Demo
3. Fighting Force was not the title but it was something along those lines
4. Over the shoulder
5. GUNS
6. End of level involving a subway station or train

EDIT: Well, I've played Fighting force 2 for a while now and while it's a bit different than what i remember, it's all there. Although there is no over-the-shoulder thing, there is a first person mode that might as well be what I was remembering. Loads of fun, though.

Now I'm looking for a PS1 game. It was a 3rd person shooter (mostly top down). The controls were like that of Smash TV (Triangle = shoot up, X = Shoot down, Circle = right, Square = left). It was **** awesome and that's all I can remember :C

The only game I can think of like that is that horrible Contra 3D game, but the controls are kinda different from Smash TV.

STARRING BRUCE WILLIS, ps1 games were mad cheesy. I'm ganna try and find Parasite eve 1 and 2 later. ive never played one but i played 2 and 2 blew my mind.
