It depends entirely on the legal people involved. If they're a **** and let them get away for an autograph, they don't get caught. Paris just finally ran aground of someone with their head on straight.

it would be nice if options 1,2,4 & 5 all came true, just to teach the celebs a lesson. But ultimatly as a uk person myself , i really dont give a rats-cock about the snot nosed little slag. she could burst into fukin flames for all i care, shes never dont anything for the world apart from make a **** sex tape, which didnt even manage to get me off ( i got bored and stopped) lol. i think this will create a president for other celebs getting into trouble, cause then nobody can say, "i'm to pretty/small/famous/rich/whatever for jail" because then someone can say "both bill gates AND paris hiltin have done hard time... you can too"
