i think thats what i like about GH3 so much is how they just slightly overcharted the songs :D which is why i think i'm going to LOVE GH:WT because they said they were gonna "step it up" for the elite players.

but you have to think, just because its overcharted doesn't mean it was more difficult. because of the easier hit window the songs that may look crazy or ridiculous aren't so much. gh2's on the other hand may look easier but since you have to be more precise with how you go about hitting notes it makes it much more difficult than it appears to be.

Finally, I'm not the one getting shot!

GH3 charts would be more fun if combined with GH2's window... *shot by Razlo*

muahaha! *shoots BSRaven again* :p
that would be kinda annoying i think lol but if you really want to do that theres always GH3's precision mode cheat which actually makes the hit window tighter than GH2's :p

Precision mode only applies to strumming. HOPOs still have unlimited frontal hitwindow.

EDIT@Sher: Probably because loosening the window makes it easier for people to hit stuff, meaning they can feel even more badass about it.

well i forgot who said it on that link i found from raven once to scorehero about this similar topic, but they said "in GH2 when i miss a note, it feels like i missed a note. when i hit a string of HoPos correctly, i feel like i played it correctly. in GH3 the loose window made the game feel so sluggish whenever i hit anything that i didnt know what to think". and he's 100% right. the non-irritation? you must have started playing GHIII first didnt you?

honestly aduro, i think gh1 graphics wise looks better than 2 (minus a few things). but i never really liked how gh3 looked at all. it just didnt feel like gh anymore.

I don't like that high detail guitarist/singer, then robotic drummer and bassist.
Also I liked GH I/IIs camera angle better.

in GH3 noone on the stage moves, ever. They stay in one place like puppets while the camera rotates from like 4 different positions at random

I recall once seeing Midori move across to the other side of the Live in Japan stage... Once.
