PS2 Guitar Hero Controller on Frets on Fire X?

PS2 Guitar Hero Controller on Frets on Fire X?
I just got a ps2 guitar hero controller and I'm hoping it would work on Frets on Fire X but it is not. I had to a USB ps2 to pc adaptor so it would work. The game does not detect any buttons I press down. Also if this is a problem, the reciever since this is wireless is blinking red, is that good or bad? How do I fix this?

My buddy bought the same adapter. The problem is you can have only one controller plugged in and only in 1 port. I forget which port of the 2 it has to be, but I know one doesn't work with fofix and the other does

So, do you know how I can get the guitar to connect? The light keeps blinking red on the reciever even though the guitar is on. How do I fix this?

Did you try with BOTH ports with only ONE guitar plugged in at a time?

Try using Xppader. I use it and I dont need to set up anything else than the keys to be emulated.
And about the blinking: I think its hardware related dude. Maybe its out of batteries I dont know :/ see if the guitar still works with the ps2.

I don't have a ps2. I got it for the pc using the ps2 to pc adapter.

Its not out of batteries. I put in new batteries and this small blue light on the guitar turned on so it is working.
