i want to know how to make my own mod and when i finish i will upload it up here

I was going to post something sarcastic, but I figure I'll go easy for once...

First, you need a knowledge of graphics editing and the programs that exist out there. I recommend getting The GIMP if you can't buy Photoshop.

Second, you need to have fofix. Unless you plan to make a mod for an older version.

Third, you should know what images to edit.

There. That's just the basics. There are other things you can mod, like .ini settings and other stuff, like in-game code.

Coupled with what R4L was saying above, the best way to do it is to probably edit an existing theme to make it the way you want it

Yeah, I'm currently ripping SOME things from the Metallica theme, but changing alot.
