This is a theme for a band called A Good Fight, a local band here where I live that is really awesome and soon gonna hit the big time. I would love it if someone would fret some songs by them for me to add with the mod.

Considering it's for 2.995 I'd doubt it. But it is always nice to see people supporting local bands.

Yeah, probably not then. If you do decide to go 3.0+, I've written a tutorial for converting older themes [here]. Because it's a 2.995 theme, there are some things you can skip, like converting the menu.
But yeah, it's up to you.
