I do what you say, I made a backup of the original FoF folder in My Programs by cutting and pasting it to My Documents.
I then replace it with the file from the .rar from the given download.
When I try to run, it just errors and refers me to the text FoF.exe
Edit: Okay, so I figured it out and got it running. But when I try to go and play a song, it won't let me progress past the screen where it lets me choose my neck
