I took an old 700mzh HP that I had laying around and except for the NIC card, everything was recognized. Now, I know that's not enough to run FoF, but it gives ya the idea of what the HCL is like. Nice thing about using OSX on a PC though, is the fact that you can d/l linux drivers and use them for your PC parts. In that community there are a lot of people that are porting code to make even more drivers work too.

whatakevin - For your first item 'wtf'. I am not supporting a HOPO note following (or preceeding a chord). Meaning if one of the chord notes could have been a HOPO the chord, and the previous note will not be valid for a HOPO. That is unlikely to change. It's a decision I made because of the annoyingness of the HOPO logic. I said it on the very first page that it was something GH2 supports but I do not.

whatakevin - For your second item about you not being able to hold down 245. I may have a fix, but you wont likely see it soon. I don't know if it breaks anything else. The solution right now is to just hold down 2 keys, not 3.

If the blue note in the chord was not there, all of those notes would be HOPO. Since it is a chord, the chord and the note before it are invalid.

It's minor, does not happen very often. Just deal with it.

Anyone who is using RF-mod-3.X who has dual core. Do you still need to set processor affinity to single? or does it work without doing that now?

Works fine in linux dual core, haven't had to set single core in any version from 3.0 on.

EDIT: Maybe not ever...those are just the ones I've been able to test :p

For me, it's never needed any processor affinity stuff, even with 2.1.

Btw, hi buttons.

Well, what I am asking is for those of you that needed to set it to single processor affinity before do you still need to do that with RF-mod-3? I put something in there which tries to set it to single processor affinity. I just don't know if it worked or not.

So if you don't use RF-mod and you MUST do it, with RF-mod-3 you should not have to do it.

Oh it totally worked man. I used to have to set the affinity manually every time I wanted to rock out, but RFmod 3 fixed that. Seriously, you need to work side by side with the devs on FoF!

Indeed. You've made FoF so much better than they devs have. Keep up the good work <3
