is there ever gonna be an Rf mod for mac? just wondering cuz the 1.2.438 isnt work and 1.2.451 isnt out yet so its getting kinda boring

I'm not sure why you can't use patch correctly. I may post instructions later.
Im not sure either, Im using this command:
"path -t <rf-mod30.dif "
And I get errors like this:
patch: **** malformed patch at line 14: 6 ----
Edit the diff.txt with wordpad and save it as a msdos .txt file
After that it will apply correctly.
To apply it correctly copy the diff into the src directory
(where Guitar.py is)
go into the src directory
type
patch < RF-mod-3.5-diff.txt
For some reason something in dialogs.py is failing the patch. You may need to apply the patch manually

Hmm, it'd be cool if someone makes an OS X binary for this.
They even have vanilla source setup instructions at the end of this page so it shouldn't be too hard:
