Man, Rogue, you've been working like a madman!

I think we're wholly satisfied for the time being, take a breather!

We can wait for version 4.0 for a while...

Now to install 3.5! Whoohoo!

Many thanks again, RF!

Ooh, cool - a new version. I'll make the linux binaries once I get home from work.

vrywldr, since Rogue_F probably doesn't have a mac, someone has to get the FoF sources to work and make a binary.

linux i686:

linux x86_64:

vrywldr, you should. :) That'd make both him and the mac users happy.

Fair enough

I'm not sure why you can't use patch correctly. I may post instructions later.

Im not sure either, Im using this command:

"path -t <rf-mod30.dif "

And I get errors like this:

patch: **** malformed patch at line 14: 6 ----

Edit the diff.txt with wordpad and save it as a msdos .txt file

After that it will apply correctly.

To apply it correctly copy the diff into the src directory
(where Guitar.py is)

go into the src directory

type

patch < RF-mod-3.5-diff.txt

For some reason something in dialogs.py is failing the patch. You may need to apply the patch manually

Hmm, it'd be cool if someone makes an OS X binary for this.

They even have vanilla source setup instructions at the end of this page so it shouldn't be too hard:
