Alarian problem, blackscreen before song start

I installed the alarian rock band mod and got i working. I can go to the menus and all that, but when i choose guitar, base or drums and press enter, i get blackscreen and nothing happends, anyone knows how to fix this?

HI !!!
If you got the game from our website, Geetar Freaks, you'll get this error 'coz we were complete numpties when we packaged the game.
To save space, we took out a whole load of necks but we also forgot to rename the necks.
To fix the problem:

- Go to the "Necks" folder in the "Data" directory.
- Rename the necks sequentially.

(EG: Neck_0, Neck_1, Neck_2 etc.)

PS: "Neck_0" is for the "Random" neck image.

I've been having that problem too, on a Windows vista machine.

try to go to "options" then to "choose neck " and select a neck. look if it works now
