The alarian rock band, gh3, or gh2 mods, which one will cause least lag, and what are the setting i can adjust to reduce loading times and such, if there are any :D

I've yet to see any lag from GH3 and RB, can't say anything about the GH2 one. I say just go with the Alarian and you wont have any unless you use switching backgrounds.

I don't think so. Last time I checked, wasn't the Rb theme less than gh3? Also, MFH Alarian2_9000 was the laggiest mod I ever used. With rockband or gh3 mod. Go with alarian 2.7.

RB theme on MFH's v2.9 is laggy for me =[

GH3 theme on 2.9 isn't though =S

never used Gh2 theme much

....so... i use RB MFH v2.816.

something changed from 2.8>2.9 that made RB all lagged up =S

I think his "only joking" was because the OP wanted the fastest out of the three options he posted.

(although RF with MegaLight theme is MUCH faster than Alarian)

odd... I've always found the GH3 Theme to be more laggy than RB...
I'm not saying you're wrong or anything, just that for me RB is better...

lol im running a normal FOF 1.2.451 with the MegaLight mod, and its laggier than the GH3 Alarian mod. wow. hehehe

Thanks bluzer, the game lags much less now. Wasn't there a v2.8.30 patch though? ???

Yeah, Alarian 2.8 in RockBand mode with transparent neck seems to be the best for me.
Using animated backgrounds doesnt seem to have any effect on lagginess.
