Rockband's 'Score Amp' suggestion - Will be easy for the coders

I was thinking about it yesterday...
We have rockmeter working with both versions, that's right .Now why don't we use the same knowledge of that rock meter to make rock band's meter?
Everyone knows how it's supposed to work. You hit a note, the circle is filled a bit. You hit a certain number of notes(10) and you get 2x.
My idea is to make it so that the meter has a number of points, lets say 10, and each time you get a note, it fills in 1/10 of the meter. In the end, the meter will be exactly as rockband's.
Hope it's as easy as I think...

the only reason that wasn't released in the mod is because wolf didn't give me the graphics... and I'm no artist...
YOU'RE STILL HERE?! wow...
anyway, I think it should work pretty much the same as the spinning star notes - that would be alot easier wouldn't it?

It can be done, but it would take some time to get it right and looking good.
Look at how gh3's RockMeter was done xD
I mean, they both trace a circular route, if you put failing off you'll see it spinning all the time...
I don't think the coding would be that different
