Ok, but how do I 'activate' it? I've tried putting it in the mods folder, inside a necks folder and turning it on but it doesn't show up.

in the game you must select the neck in the game.

Maybe, but it'll be harder and probably won't be nearly as good... Why don't you get GIMP or paint.net? Both are free and 100x better. :D
