Do you calculate A/V delay by milliseconds? Because 590 is only a little more than have a second in milliseconds. That's not a huge delay at all. The issue I had was that the notes light up when they are audibly sounded in EOF, but they don't come at the right place in FoF.

The AV delay is milliseconds. All the AV delay does is move where the green position line shows up to account for the latency of the audio. You can set the AV delay to any arbitrary number and line your notes up so that they light up at the proper time in EOF but it won't be correct. This is precisely why I included an AV Delay "song", so that you can set up the AV delay.

I have released a minor update (v0.65). Below are the usual links:

Project Website
Download Link
MediaFire Link

Updates:

Lefty mode for 3D preview.

Smooth playback mode (experimental). If playback isn't smooth for you, try this option.

Added additional settings to the Settings screen (F10 or File->Settings) to set Inverted Notes, Lefty Mode, and Smooth Playback mode.

Fixed:

3D preview borders drawn correctly.

Progress may not be as fast this week due to less free time. MIDI import is the next big thing I am going to work on.

Cool. But it doesn't work correctly in Vista.
I get the error: "This program doesn't support some of Windows features. These features have been turned off to allow program compatibility"

To run this on Vista, change vista from aero to basic.
If you can read this then you've gone too far.

I don't have Vista so I can't really test on there. Thanks for the heads up. I don't know of anything I can do about it at the moment.

The bar at the top of the window (Not sure on what it's called) doesn't support the glass feature. That's the only thing that's incompatible with Vista.

Oh and a suggestion for your program: Can you make it where you can add notes as the song is playing.

I have an idea for this feature, actually. You just select a few notes that occur on the beats and it will automatically figure the BPM from that. I like that better than pressing Space Bar or whatever in rhythm with the song like in FOF editor.

I have just figured out how to get BPM working. I won't be able to do anything else tonight. Tuesday I will add a BPM feature. VBPM is still further away because I have to do some more UI work and it will take a while.
