If that's the one your wanting to use, that's still mine, all that was done by you from looking at it is changing "Frets Hero", continuing the tiles on the right over to the left, covering part of the smoke. The reason i can tell, is because of some flaws i have in tact, are also in your picture. And after comparing them side by side, obviously my original is much sharper in detail, since i purposely uploaded a lower resolution pic.
I would honestly still prefer you to not use that, as clearly it's taken mostly from my work. I'd be willing to post my original (full quality with a logo imposed over for protection reasons) and point out each detail and let everyone decide for themselves. I think that's fair. Or else to give me some credit for that.

yeah i know a lot of what you say is true... i finally got gh3 for pc... now i can just rip graphics from that. so sorry again, i could just never find a screenshot of the main menu in gh3 so even if i may not remember it i guess when comparing it i can see a lot of similarities. is it ok if i give you credit for that pic until i make my own from scratch?
Yeah, i'm cool with that. It would've been easier to be honest and upfront from the start though. In a weird way as they say, "An artist always recognizes his work.", only meaning i knew the second i saw it. And when the 'mistake' was made with using the wrong one, it was obvious more to the story when the picture was still used on your site. 2 accidental mistakes. Not trying to rub it in or anything. 
But in good light, i'm totally cool with using it with credit given. It may be a while til we can directly rip graphics from the pc version, i've been trying since the day it was released, and others also having no progress yet (biggest reason i bought it AT 1st ONLY). THat's why i tried hard to reconstruct the menu with so much time, because a fair bit had to be redone from next to nothing, and still end up looking right.

Yeah I just noticed that. XDDD Now it's prolly gonna claim its revenge on me for deleting it's standalone bretherenen... breth... er... I deleted it...
But seriously this mod is awesome, but it does seem to take long to load songs. Perhaps put a loading screen? I thought it froze first time I used it.
