Alarian mod v2.7 - Full release
I didn't know the "every system has his own A/V Delay" thing, so i went to catch mine.
The Hangar 18 method didn't work for me, since i don't follow the chart at the very bottom.
I play mostly following the audio, mainly the drums or rhythm guitar (i know i should mainly follow the bass, but it is another topic).
No matter the A/V Delay i set, i miss the first couple of notes, and then get hitting the chain since there.
So i made my own method:
Went with Roxane (RB DLC version), which has repetitive and big (and equal too) spaced sounds.
I started with 100 because it's something around that that most sytems are synched (as you people posted here and there).
I strum the first chord, and i can hear the beggining of the second sound without struming for the second chord. Obviously since i miss, that second sound is cut.
If i went, say, 50: that second sound (again, without struming) is heard too, but shorter.
I kept lowering, until 0 A/V delay, and i could still hear the beggining of the second sound, without struming.
So, here is my question:
Is my method flawed? (meaning that these rhythm games usually play the beggining of the next sound, even while missing it).
Or do i need something like negative A/V Delay?
Btw, i don't have GH neither RB (i don't have a console...), so i can't check this simple thing.
(Hitting a note, missing the next, and try to hear the beggining of the missed one).

Also I've never really understood about the hitwindow thing?
Great, glad to hear it worked. Now you have some catching up to do on the latest updates

Check out Alarian's first post about how to set your a/v delay with the tight note window, and then try playing with wide and possibly a lower board speed if you still have hit window issues.
edit: Death Legion, did this patch fix your lefty mode issues as well?

Just got tested on how to treat heart attacks today. I got you covered bro!

EDIT: Sorry to spam the thread. I am just happy to be back and have a summer break. I will get back working on the coop mode. I was also wondering if worldrave had the battle mode meter ripped or not. I also plan to help fix some of the bugs in the menus and stuff (things I haven't reported because I can fix them myself). Nice to be back y'all.

I've got a kind of weird problem.
I just switched to this from UC mod, and now I'm playing horribly. Songs I could easily complete in UC and GHII I'm now failing out on within the first 10%. My lag settings are the same, and I have the hit window set to normal, but I just can't seem to hit anything.
Is there some difference in the timing with this mod that I'm not seeing?

I have a quick question for the team: Would it be possible so that there is an additional menu item on the maintext.png for 2 player rather than setting the numbers of player toggle in the Game Options. What I mean is say the toggle is
numberofplayers = 0 is single player
numberofplayers = 1 is two player
then if you select quickplay it loads everything with the toggle set to 0
but if you select multiplayer it does the same thing with the toggle set to 1
(Sorry for my Pygnorance)
Just would feel more like the actual games. Sorry if this has been brought up before.
-edit-
if the queue feature was brought back maybe some of that functionality could be instituted in the Rockband Theme Carreer mode. On Xbox360 and PS3 there is often a choose your own setlist option I believe which is just like the queue function but with a set number of tracks. There is also a random setlist feature where random songs are added to a set number of queue songs. (mystery setlist? Idk I have it for PS2
