SWEET! Downloading now... Wolf, how about the shorty HO/PO notes (smaller width) if you're working on a new RB mod for this? :)

Ultimate Coffee: Just a few questions... how was it with the fretboard, CAN you (don't have to) make it avaible to play with Variable BPM, just as basic FoF and RF had it? And another one, how about those "tails" that appear in almost all notes and chords? Why are they there... can they be avaible to remove?

Thanks again! *thumbs up* (for you)

I see in the gameplay pic that there are star notes, is this from activating jurgen power, or building up overdrive/star power?

P.S. Any chance of releasing the source code?

those tails are ugly. i agree with him, what's up with notes not lining up on beat lines?

edit: wow, sorry to hear that UC. but like i said, way to change FOF forever. you've impacted this community and more importantly the game like (almost) none other. congrats and rock on. (wherever you may roam :p)

It sounds like you fixed everything that was wrong with version 1 that was keeping me from downloading...
I'm going to give this mod a try now. :)

Very sad, you created probably the best mod for fof ever, the 2d notes and neck selection were genius. Good luck on whatever you are moving on to.

I got with Ultimate_Coffee, and I will be redoing all the Guitar Hero 3 graphics mod portion. A lot of it i have already finished, no ETA though. But all are from the original graphics, so all the graphics will be pixel perfect source's, except for some that might need to be tweaked or changed a little to fit FoF.
As i said before, no lag so far, or even close. The spinning star notes I will be going over with either Ultimate_Coffee or Wolferacing to find the best method to keep a good blend of quality without much speed loss. That's in time. But i'm sure this will continue getting better between Wolferacing improving on the Rock Band mod portion and my Guitar Hero 3 mod portion, going for perfection!!! This REALLY turned out nice too!!!!! Great job Ultimate_Coffee as well as the others that so far worked on it as well.

Do you think you can fix the problem with the disappearing notes? I.e., there are notes that have visible trails, but don't appear themselves. Most of the time they disappear in groups.
PM me for my Wii or DS Friend Codes.

http://www.fretsonfire.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=38434 My Wii GH:WT Guitar and Drum GlovePIE script. Also supports GH3 guitars!
Since "DragonFail" "sucks" so much, I won't post anything related or about them any longer.

Ultimate, I feel so sad that you are leaving FoF. You have contributed a lot while you were here and you were one of the people that changed the view that everyone has on Frets on Fire. You are such a great modder, person, and worker. You always kept your promise, kept us all informed, and kept us wanting more. It is such a great loss of you leaving. I understand, but I love what you did with this game. I just hope you will come back.

And Thanks for the last version of the mod.
