UPDATED:

- Tails don't disappear now when you miss.
- Added flame animation when you hit a note.

Link

The flames can be turned on/off in the RF perfomance options (I put them there for convenience).
Since I'm not an artist I ripped the flame graphics from guitar zero (I don't own guitar hero), so of course the credit for the graphics goes to the GZ guy and his team.

To install just copy the contents from the data folder to your data folder and replace the .exe. (The src folder contains the code I modified from the RF-mod, you don't need that one to install).

Btw, it requires the RF-mod 3.5

My mod (for fof version 1.2.451):

Latest release (5.23), there's a readme in there to install & stuff (source code included).

thank you so much!! your making frets on fire look better and better XD
and now we don't have to choose between flames and rf mod!! which really wasn't a hard choice but it's awesome that we can have both now, w00t!

Aw dude thank YOU!
The only thing I've been missing is the flames and the way that the sustains disappear even if you miss them.

flame effects are awesome, could maybe stand to be a tad bigger and more opaque, but I like the twirly thing that happens when you hit a note, thats awesome. Keep up the great work.
